As a journeyman carpenter, Dave is in charge of transforming client and architect vision from a set of drawings into a finished product that clients are excited and proud to live in. With 17 years in the construction industry, he has experience working with clients, contractors and suppliers, ensuring all parties collaborate to create a seamless building process. It’s his job to ensure specifications are met through clear and consistent communication, and his goal is to create homes that are lasting, unique, personal and something everyone is proud to play a role in. As a Red Seal Carpenter with 20 years of building experience, Dale is one of the founding members of Effect Homes. He’s dedicated to upholding high standards in the finish and performance of the homes he helps build, and seeks out a high level of refinement on any of the projects he works on. As a member of the national Net Zero Energy Housing Council within the Canadian Home Builders Association, Dale is passionate about the benefits of a high performing home for clients looking for quality, comfort, utility savings and a reduced environmental impact. Les is inspired to make a difference in communities and the environment, and his satisfaction comes from bringing home owners’ dreams to reality. As one of the founding members of Effect Home Builders, Les is dedicated to helping clients understand the building process behind eco homes and leaving a lasting, positive impact on their lives. Valedictorian of his graduating high school class, Les went on to receive a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta and has received several industry related awards for his work.
