Effect Home Builders designed and built us a beautiful energy efficient home. This green home is extremely quiet (on a busy street), comfortable (no A/C required), includes a solar PV system (super cheap utilities) and was rated Built Green Platinum. Everything we wanted, and the staff at Effect are awesome too! Thanks guys!
